Sarah and Jay

Sarah and Jay unsuccessfully tried to conceive with the help of other fertility clinics before coming to our office.

SARAH: We originally came back in 2002. We were having trouble conceiving. We had tried naturally for a couple of years and nothing seemed to work. We had been to other clinics—fertility clinics with no success whatsoever. We found Houston Fertility in an ad and came here. We were very, very pleased with the doctors and the staff. Everyone was very, very kind to us, very compassionate about what we were going through, never, ever minded answering any type of question that we had. So we did one round of artificial insemination with no success, but was—had a lot of support from the staff and encouraging words that not to give up and to keep trying. So we did it for a second round and we were successful. We had a little boy back in 2003, the love of our lives—I’m going to start crying now. He’s four now, so we decided this year that we would start trying again to have another baby and we—actually we decided a couple of years ago to start and weren’t successful with doing artificial insemination again. We did several rounds and just had no success, so we were informed by the doctor we needed to try in vitro. We did and we were successful on the very first try. So now we’re pregnant, 13 weeks into it with out second child, and couldn’t be happier about it. And we just praise all the doctors and all the staff at Houston Fertility. They’ve been nothing but just great to us. We appreciate all that they’ve done for us.
