MELISSA: From coming the first time with Claire to the second time, they remembered who I was. It didn’t take but one or two phone calls. They were like, oh, Melissa, how are you doing? They remember who I am, and they can talk to me about myself. They make you feel like the old-timey doctors that my grandparents used to talk about that would come to the house and make you feel like they were part of your family. And they were there for you, not just to take your money. They actually have made a complete difference and they make the whole process a lot easier when you walk in every day knowing that oh, I’ve got to take another sonogram. Hope everything is okay. I hope my levels are all right. When they call you in the afternoon, they always give you the news in a very joyful way, so we’ve been so very blessed. These are wonderful people.
